Happy New Year!

It's amazing how much more Brandon understood about Christmas this past December. He saw the presents under the tree Christmas Day and and exclaimed, "My presents, hooray!" I think he was more excited about opening the gifts than what the paper contained, because he was visibly sad when there were no more to open. His big gift from Santa was a Jeep Power Wheels that he was a little afraid of at first since it jerks when you push the pedal. Poor thing has only gotten to ride it once since he got it due to the weather. Pops and Gigi got him a Power Wheels ATV to ride at their house, so this kids is set! Of course, he made out like a bandit from Darren and Uncle Buddy as well. Christmas Day we went to see lights at Lake Lanier - a tradition we won't be doing in the near future due to the traffic, but he of course loved it. "Yook, yook at those lights!" We left for Louisiana on the 28th and he had so much fun visiting with PawPaw and Eena. They gave him a Geotrax train set which was and still is a big hit. He loved going outside on their patio and playing catch and showing off his dance moves. Aunt Becky and Uncle Eric and Avery and Uncle Randy and Aunt Rachael got Brandon so many neat toys including a remote control tractor and a HUGE set of DVD's. It was a great trip and the car ride went well too.

Merry Christmas!
