Jail Break!

Well, the inevitable has happened - Brandon learned how to crawl out of his crib on Monday. We have been struggling with naptimes and bedtime ever since. We converted his crib to the toddler bed and this newfound freedom is something he isn't used to. Yesterday was the first day he took a nap in over a week and I have been getting up every two hours to go in his room and lay down with him in the middle of the night. I overheard him trying to persuade Emmi our cat to open the babygate for him yesterday morning: "Emmi stuck - hep me!" ;-) He has been starting his mornings early - 5 a.m. since Friday morning, something we aren't used to! Hopefully he will get back on his normal schedule in a few days. Thank goodness for coffee!! :-)
